Let's get to the chase; since the popular interpretation of Alien 9 among the fans is the themes of puberty and sexuality in the series (you can read about this in this thread). Keep this in mind, because what I'm about to say will make sense. From Chapter 5 to 8, Yuri was hunted down by the boys who are wearing Gladius, and gets a surprise attack from them. Using that Sexual interpretation, you could say that she was (metaphorically) raped. But that's not all!
We know later in the manga that through the help of someone, Megumi gets an alien through a delivery and lands as a large mushroom-like spaceship at the school campus. And if we think about this deeply... that means Megumi delivered the Gladius and gave them to the boys. And if we remember about that interpretation, that means she has shown them something sexually inappropriate (or worse, preyed on them) and ordered them to attack Yuri.
